Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tammy's Artistic Expressions.  We carefully package and ship all arts, crafts, and paintings with care.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier, and tracking will be provided when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible at tammysartisticexpressions@gmail.com and we will work together for a resolution.

For damaged items, please contact us at tammysartisticexpressions@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
